Availability notice: rental stock is currently very limited. No booking is confirmed until we reply by email, and no payment is taken online.
Rental process

How the rental will work

The initial fleet is not yet guaranteed. The first step is an availability request, not an order.

1

Send the dates and postcode

Tell us the intended use, delivery area and number of people likely to share the connection.

2

We check the stock manually

There is deliberately no instant booking. We reply by email only after confirming that a complete tested kit can be supplied.

3

Agreement and payment

When stock exists, the rental charge, delivery, refundable deposit and equipment agreement are issued before dispatch.

4

Set up with a clear sky view

Connect the labelled components, place the terminal outdoors with a clear view of the sky and follow the included guide.

5

Pack and return

Use the packing diagram, seal the case and return it using the agreed courier process.

Basic rental suitability

  • One building, cabin or immediate working area
  • A manageable number of ordinary users
  • Mains power is available
  • The terminal can be placed securely outdoors
  • There is a broad, unobstructed view of the sky

Use Event WiFi Scotland instead when

  • Coverage is required across a venue or field
  • Card payments or ticketing are operationally critical
  • Multiple terminals or backup connections are required
  • An engineer must design, install or support the network
