ErskineTech Ltd (SC559499), Paisley, operates this website and is responsible for the personal information collected through it.
What we collect
We collect contact details, requested rental dates, delivery postcode, intended use, estimated users, messages, referral information and basic technical security logs.
Why we use it
We use the information to respond to availability requests, measure genuine demand, prevent abuse, maintain business records and decide whether future rental stock should be purchased. The website makes clear that an enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
CRM and notifications
Enquiries are stored in ErskineTech's sales system and may generate an internal Discord notification. They are deliberately recorded as unavailable/lost demand while stock cannot be guaranteed.
Analytics
Optional analytics load only after consent. They help measure visits, traffic sources and completed availability forms. Do not put sensitive personal information into free-text fields.
Retention and rights
We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably required for demand analysis, response and business records. You can ask ErskineTech to access, correct or erase personal information where the law provides that right.
