Who controls the information
ErskineTech Ltd (SC559499), Paisley, operates this website and is responsible for the personal information collected through it.
What we collect
We collect contact and delivery details, rental dates, intended use, selected options, booking references, support messages, referral information and basic technical security logs.
Why we use it
We use the information to check inventory, create temporary stock holds, process and administer rentals, arrange delivery and return, provide support, prevent abuse and maintain accounting and business records.
Calendars, payment and internal systems
Rental dates and a limited booking summary are stored in shared stock calendars. Payments are processed by Stripe; this website does not store full card details. Enquiries and bookings may be recorded in ErskineTech's CRM and generate an internal notification.
Analytics
Optional analytics load only after consent. They help measure visits, traffic sources and completed forms. Do not put sensitive personal information into free-text fields.
Retention and rights
We retain booking and transaction records for legal, accounting, support and equipment-management purposes. Other enquiry data is retained only as long as reasonably required. You can ask ErskineTech to access, correct or erase personal information where the law provides that right.
