Choose the dates
Send the full period, postcode, number of kits and intended use. Turnaround and maintenance time are part of the stock check.

Receive a confirmed quote
We confirm available equipment, delivery or collection, the hire charge and refundable deposit before any booking.
- 03
Set up outdoors
Follow the numbered labels, give the terminal a broad sky view and allow up to 15 minutes for the first connection.
- 04
Pack and return
Use the checklist and agreed return method. The deposit is released after the complete kit is received and checked.

The per-kit deposit is refundable after the full kit is returned and checked, less any agreed deductions.

Remote help covers setup and the rental kit, not redesigning a customer network or guaranteeing third-party services.
